Step1: attach cord strands onto rings by Lark’s head knot and Double half hitch knot1. Cut out 8 strands of 100cm long threads;2. Pick one of the linking rings and attach each strand onto it by using Lark’s head knot;3. Hold another ring over the previous one, and then tie the new 16 thread strands onto it by Double hitch knot. Ensure each strand is tightened aptly.

Step2:In pattern 1, you just need to tie the Double half hitch knot.1. As the picture show, separate the 16 strands into two parts and start to tie Double half hitch towards the center with two outer ends. During this, regard the holding end on left side as one new working end and change the positions of two holding ends;2. Repeat the knot tying processes for another row.

Step3:

1. On both sides, take the 4 outer strands and work a square knot. Regard the two center strands as holding ends and rest two as main working ends;

2. Borrow two adjacent strands and make another square together with next two strands, and so on. Work 3 same square knots on each side. At end, knot an extra one with 4 central strands; 

3. Keep working the above processes for 4 rows of square knots;

4. Make another 2 rows of Double half hitch knots.

 

Step 4:

Divide the 16 strands into 4 groups. Work 6 square knots with 4 strands in each group. Next, Work 2 rows of double half hitch knots on each side again.

Step5:

Work the above three patterns for 3 times. After that, work the square knots in pattern 2 for the rest part of bracelet;

When the bracelet reaches to an ideal length, work 4 rows of Double half hitch on each side as ending;

To make a natural and secure ending, you may weave each strand through the backs of half hitch knots. Repeat same action for all of ending tips. Glue done the threads and trim off all excess portion.
